BEFORE                                                                          AFTER
It took countless hours for carpenters, painters, electricians, heating contractors, and a general contractor,

to coordinate, and schedule the work necessary to restore this sensational Victorian.

It took over 100 days of continual labor, and planning, to make it all happen.

We can’t wait for you to see for yourself.

It took a conscientious effort by all, to bring this home back to its original splendor!

There is a circular, blacktop driveway traversing the lot.
During the evening hours there is a motion flood light which will illuminate the back door, as well as the garage

Before and after .... the old and the new!
It’s fair to assume you’ll want to place rocking chairs,
or perhaps a hammock on this dynamic porch.
Relax and enjoy, you earned it!
We replaced the old garden spigot alongside the porch.

There are new porch lights on the front and side,
plus a new motion detector flood light, illuminating
the back yard entry door, circular driveway, and
carriage house/garage.
The storm door is brand new.

The landscape plantings are attractive now!
Just imagine how beautiful they will become over time.

The gorgeous stone foundation is a perfect back drop, combined with the lattice panels, and black mulch.

You won’t often find such a beautiful stone foundation, believed to be granite.

This distinctive Victorian, is alive with early period architecture.
We can’t wait for you to see the inside.

You’ll discover a huge radius curve village lot, at the junction of
Prospect, and North Quaker Streets.
There is plenty of room for a garden, perhaps a swimming pool, etc....
This great yard affords an amazing 185'+/- road front.

You’ll have a commanding view of
both North Quaker Street, as well as Prospect Street.

BEFORE                                                                                AFTER
A fresh coat of paint, combined with professionally refinished floors, created a stunning
interior ambience. The majority of the floors are Douglas Fir.
Refinished they are gorgeous!
Note the beautiful period ceiling lights, and columns.

It took some time, but it was well worth the effort!!
What an incredible difference between carpeting, and natural wood.

BEFORE                                                                                       AFTER
It’s hard to imagine, after decades of wear, the floors could be so lavish.
The moldings, and accent features are true Victorian.
This double living room is a treasure trove of Victorian architecture.
Note the intricate pattern within the floor.

The staircase, columns, and woodwork, blend beautifully with the floors.
With the right furnishings, and drapery, this home will be exhilarating.
The south facing window is original and was not replaced due to the stain glass accents.

This window allows for a great view of North Quaker Street, and the front yard.

This is a must see home for sure!!
